Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives with a factory flaw, printing defect, or is damaged in transit, it will be replaced. Please email helloivyly@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and defect

The issue will be evaluated and, if approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Items that show signs of use or damage from customer handling are not eligible for replacement.
