Return and Refund Policy


Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives with a factory flaw, printing defect, or is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at helloivyly@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and defect

We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost. Items that show signs of use or damage from customer handling are not eligible for replacement.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may still be eligible under the 14-day cooling-off period, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days of receipt. Email us at helloivyly@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation under this policy.
