Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Oregon, USA.

Why does the shipping cost seem high?
Shopify sometimes overestimates shipping for multiple items. Don’t worry, once your order is packed, I refund any shipping overages automatically.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs, VAT, or import taxes?
Yes, possibly. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

  • U.S. orders: 3-7 business days

  • International orders: 7-21 business days

Please note: customs processing may delay international deliveries.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do our best to accommodate.

Products

Will you restock out of print items?
Reprints sometimes happen, but others are limited runs. Join the newsletter or follow @helloivyly on Instagram for updates on restocks and new releases.

Can I carry your decks in my shop?
If you're interested in wholesale, please email helloivyly@gmail.com with a bit about your shop and what you're interested in. Wholesale depends on quantities currently available.
